Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
reconsideration (page 2373) of the following be held to March 6, 2000:         
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 20                                            
Authorizing a recess by the Senate and the House of                           
Representatives for a period of more than three days.                          
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered, and HCR 20 will be                
available for reconsideration on March 6, 2000.
